Our prayer and goal is that when children leave our school they will be prepared for the next step of their education. Our goals for children are:
- That they will have a spiritual understanding of who Jesus is and how much He loves them.
- That they will have the social skills to appropriately interact with their peers.
- That they will begin their understanding of numbers, language and literacy to start their primary school years successfully.

The child will:
- increase in knowledge of God and the spiritual values of love, compassion, trust, and understanding.
- develop a sense of how to live peaceably with other children and to value the rights and feelings of others, as well as one’s own rights.
- develop a sense of self-esteem.
- develop communication skills and proficiency with language.
- develop specific age appropriate cognitive skills.
- refine and develop gross and fine motor skills.
- learn practical everyday life skills.
Our program is built from the foundation that believes the child’s interaction with the environment becomes more meaningful through organized learning experiences. Demonstrating respect for children and their thoughts, the program is designed to meet children at their developmental level; recognizing individuality, independence, and freedom.
Spiritual – awareness and understanding of God and Jesus Christ. Qualities God desires for us – love, kindness, forgiveness, honesty, etc.; Knowledge of Bible stories, characters and concepts for living; Use of prayer; Sense of God’s presence/awe/worship/creation during daily routines and activities. Ability to integrate spiritual things into school experiences and daily life.
Social-Emotional – initiative/persistence, awareness of self and others’ positive outlook and relationships; negotiating and problem solving; following directions; self-help; empathy, resilience.
